The new hub of world tennis, Adana

ATDSK, is putting forward an ambitious sporting vision within the scope of the “Brand City Adana Project.” In this context, ATDSK is preparing to host major international organizations in order to establish Adana as a strong presence on the global tennis stage.

ATDSK President Ali Refah Keskin, Vice President Can İstif, Secretary General Tuna Girtine Işık, Treasurer Yusuf Boğa, Board Members Serhat Aydoğan and Ömer Göktekin, along with club member Gülper Ezici, paid a courtesy visit to Adana Governor Mustafa Yavuz.

President Ali Refah Keskin stated that six years ago they established Türkiye’s first international tennis academy within the club, and that this year they aim to host top-ranked tennis players in Adana. In this regard, initiatives are underway to organize a $125,000 WTA 125 tournament under the Women’s Tennis Association, as well as two $50,000 ATP Challenger tournaments under the Association of Tennis Professionals in Adana.

The project aims to enhance Adana’s international recognition, boost sports tourism, and inspire young athletes. Governor Mustafa Yavuz expressed his support, emphasizing that such sports projects would contribute significantly to the city’s brand value.
